Kaonoulu Ranch Bull Sale

ABOUT THE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Any changes to this sale book will be announced from the sales block.
2. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder.
3. The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
4. Each animal will be at purchaser’s risk as soon as sold; but it shall be the obligation of the consignor and thus Kaonoulu Ranch will see that purchased animals are fed and cared for, free of charge to the purchaser, until delivery to the buyer or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs sooner.
5. TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is the responsibility of the purchaser. Kaonoulu Ranch will provide FREE TRANSPORTATION to Young Brothers at the buyer’s request.
6. A certificate of transfer will be furnished for the purchaser for each animal sold.
7. BREEDING SOUNDNESS: All bulls have been evaluated for breeding by Dr. Dennis Brown on May 19, 2026.
8. Terms of the sale are cash. Settlement is to be made immediately after the completion of the sale before movement of the bulls from the facility. All checks shall be made payable to Kaonoulu Ranch.
9. The above guarantees and terms of sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each lot and shall be equally binding upon both. Neither Kaonoulu Ranch nor any other person connected with the management of the sale assume any liability, legal or otherwise.
10. All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Kaonoulu Ranch, nor any other person connected with the management of this sale, does not assume any liability for the safety of the building or premises or for the behavior of the animals.
